He should've received a more harsh charge of first or second degree murder. The fact that he "began punching her over and over... and continued until she started making groaning noises" and heard cracking is not unintentional or just "an accident" from getting in a fight. I cannot imagine what the rest of her family and boyfriend and friends is going through.
