I'm a big fan of true crime and have read about this case quite a bit. While I don't think it's totally out of the equation that there could have been an avalanche, but it still doesn't add to me. If it was just an avalanche that why was someone's tongue missing? Why did someone rip their own eyes out? An avalanche isn't the cause of things like that.
